Xiao Bi1on Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy(qi Xu Jia Tan Yu)

Purpose: To observe the clinical effects of xiao Bi1to those diagnosed DPN patientswhose syndrome differentiation is belonging to Phlegm and Blood stasis due to carry，in order toillustrate the clinical application value of xiao Bi1.Method: Used prospective randomized control design, those sixty patients who are fromclinics and therapy area are randomly separate for the control and treatment groups. The twogroups given the basis of foundation treatment for diabetes, control group given western medicineEpalrestat tablets. Control groups for Basics treatment Epalrestat tablets combined with xiaoBi1.Both control group and treatment groups will be observed for12weeks in order to comparethe clinical symptoms and analysis before and after treatment.Result: The comparison aboat symptomatic improvement between control group andtreatment groups is that treatment group is much better than the control group. Total effective rateis90%treatment group, control group total effective rate is83.33%. The effective rate oftreatment groups is very different from control groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: According to the the treatment results，we can see that the total effective ratioof the treatment group is90%，and control group is83.33%. there is a significant differencebetween them (P<0.05).
