Limb Spasm After Apoplexy Treatment Technology Research

Purpose: In the present experiment according to the rehabilitation of reciprocalinhibitiong theory based acupuncture antagonist side points parallel with modernrehabilitation training in spastic limbs after stroke clinical observation,investigate itsmechanism of action,for the treatment of spastic limbs after stroke provides an effective newideas and new methods of treatmentMethod: Collecting60patients met the inclusion criteria for limb spasm after apoplexypatients,were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group were treated byacupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation therapy,one a day,every20minutes ofcontinuous acupuncture needle,10days,2day of rest,while giving the rehabilitation training,for4week for a course of treatment,control group using a simple modern rehabilitation trainingfor treatment,after a course oe treatment using the rehabilitation community general Ashworthmuscle spasticity assessment scale,the simplified Fugl-Meyer sports scores,Barther index,On2groups of patients before treatment,after1months of treatment were used to evaluate thedegree of spasticity,motor function and ability of daily living,reflect the level of function inpatients with.Result:Through the observation on cuiative effects of two groups of patients aftertreatment,the revised Ashworth spasticity assessment level comparison(p﹤0.05),the treatmentgroup total effective rate80%,control group,the total efficiency of60%,the treatment groupthan in the control group were more satisfied curative effect,In two groups after the treatmentby Fugl-Meyer motor function comparison(p﹤0.05),the treatment group total marked with anefficiency of56%,compared to the control group markedly effective rate20%,illustrate theeffct of the treatment group is superior to control group.In two group after the treatment ofBathel comparison of activities of life(p﹤0.05),the treatment group total effective rate90%,control group,the total efficiency of70%,illustrates the treatment group than in thecontrol group,the curative effct is more obvious.Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with modern rehabilitation training of antagonisticmuscles may be effective in relieving spasm,promote limb motor function recovery,improvethe ability of daily life.
