Purpose: Established the rat’s cerebral hemorrhage models, and discussed theexpression of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and its receptor tyrosine kinasereceptor B(TrkB) of poxuehuayu-tianjingbusuifa on cerebral hemorrhage.In order to providecertain theory basis of poxuehuayu-tianjingbusuifa’s experiment and clinical research.Method: Rats models of intracerebral hemorrhage with Injecting the arterial blood intothe rat’ caudate putamen whitch is from itself’ tail were established.126Wistar rats, wererandomly divided into six groups: normal control group; sham operation group, model group,poxuehuayu method group, poxuehuayu-tianjingbusui high(PTH) middle(PTM)low(PTL)-dose group.Take the brain tissue out at1d、3d、7d、14d measured in brai n-derivedneurotrophic factor and its receptor of rats by immunohistochemistry.Result: After the model established Nerve Function Loss shows in every group.TheNDS is decrease in poxuehuayu method group and PTH PTM PTL-dose group..We can seethe hematoma clearly in the brain tissue of model group, poxuehuayu method group,PTH-dose group PTM-dose group and PTL-dose group and significantly reduced at the7thday(P<0.01). After intracerebral hemorrhage in rats damage the brain water contentincrease significantly (P <0.01).Poxuehuayu method group and PTH PTM PTL-dose groupthe rats’ brain water content can significant lower than the control model group(P<0.05,P<0.05, P<0.01).After taking drugs one day, the BDNF content in PTH-dose groupPTM-dose group with statistical significance (P<0.01P<0.05).The Trkb content withstatistical significance just in PTH-dose group(P<0.05)。BDNF levels after treatment at the7th day reached its peak, high, medium and low dose groups were statistically significant (P<0.001, P <0.01, P <0.05),Decreased after the14th day (P <0.01, P <0.05), low-dose group nosignificant. TrkB on the third day, the PTM-dose group was significantly expressed, with astatistically significant (P <0.05, P <0.05), the7th day reached a peak (P <0.01, P <0.05),there was not the same effect in low-dose group.Conclusion: poxuehuayu-tianjingbusuifa treatment of acute phase intracerebralhemorrhage in rats, can significantly restore symptoms of neurological injure, reduce cerebralhematoma, promote cerebral edema absorption may have promote the expression of BDNF, open of BDNF-TrkB pathway to do with poxuehuayu-tianjingbusuifa of Chinese medicine, toachieve the role of neuronal cell protection and repair effect.
