Study Of Limited Fluid Resuscitation With The Xuebijing Injection In Uncontrolled Hemorrhagic Shock

Porpose:To investigate the effectiveness of using the Xuebijing injection group tohave the LR of USH.Methods:32models,well-health long ears adult Newzeland rabbits without sexlimited,of UHS were made by arteria femoralis bloodletting. The first,we divide theminto four groups(n=8): XBJ(Xuebijing injection),LRS(lactated ringer’s solution),NC(normal control),NRC(none suscitation control).Second,we take LR to them60min withdifferent fluid,then ligate the arteria femoralis is and have them active resuscitation(MAP=80mmHg)120min with the self-blood plus LRS Third,we observe them180min after stopping fluid requirement. Recording the physical signs (blood pressure)of duration of resuscitation (0,30,90,210,390min) and making the capilary of arteriafemoralis to check each index(SOD,MDA,Hepatic and Renalfounction,Blat-Routine-untersuchung, blood gase nanlysis,lactic acid and so on).At thetime of390min,taking the tissue sample on the same part of the rabbits’hepatic andcaculating the volume of uncontrolled hemorrhagis,fluid requirment and mortality.Results: The animals of XBJ group, LRS group, NC group all survived and theevery indicators are the best in the animals of LRS group. The animals of NRCgroup all died and every indicators are the worst.Compared to LRS group, the amountof Blood loss, the amount of fluid volume and the decline in HCT are more less thanthe rabbits of the XBJ group. The Xuebijing can inhibit the excessive ventilation,decline in PH,increase in LAC and BE,improve the SOD activity and decreace theMDA content in the rabbits in shock.Conclution: On the condition of UHS，having the LR to models could keep thehemodynamics steady effective and long-term with the Xuebijing injection group.It can improve micro circulation and acidosis,reduce blood loss and ischemia-reperfusioninjury evidently,decreace the mortality and the early resuscitation fluid requriment.Itwill be helpful for liver function, kidney function and the later treatment.
