We picked two types renal pathology:membranous nephropathy with proliferative mesentery and membranous nephropathy without proliferative mesentery. We compared them with the patients’ clinical condition, prognosis and the factors influence it to study the two-typed patients’ epidemiological features, different examine results, prognosis and the risk factors. Objects and Methods:We followed up83patients who lived in Shandong Provincial Hospital Nephrology dept. during January1,2008-September30,2011for six months to four years, the average follow-up period was29.23±12.70months. We collected the materials of the patients in hospital(including gender, age, albuminuria, albumin, creatinine, cholesterol, triglyceride and low density lipoprotein, etc.).According to the pathologic types of the patients with or without proliferative mesentery, we divided the patients in two types, compared the clinical parameters we mentioned above, and found out how the patients recovery after discharged. We tried to figure out the albuminuria level when we did the follow up then compared them with prognosis and the factors influence it.Results:1. The comparing results of the group of membranous nephropathy with proliferative mesentery and the group of membranous nephropathy without proliferative mesentery about epidemiological features and examine results: the group of membranous nephropathy with proliferative mesentery has much more patients with hematuria, the difference is statistically significant. The former group has a higher GFR level and the difference is statistically significant too. The two groups have no statistical difference in gender, age, albuminuria level,24-hour urinary protein quantitative, cholesterol, triglyceride levels, albumin. Though the difference of age has no statistically differences, the discrepancy is visible according to the age distribution histogram;2. The prognosis of the two groups has no statistically differences;3. The risk factors affecting the prognosis of membranous nephropathy: multi-factors Logistic regression showed that the age, the serum albumin level, the albuminuria level and the level of GFR are independent risk factors affecting prognosis.Conclusion:1. Idiopathic membranous nephropathy with mild proliferative mesentery is ubiquitous;2. The comparing results of the group of membranous nephropathy with proliferative mesentery and the group of membranous nephropathy without proliferative mesentery:the proportion of patients with hematuria and the GFR level have statistical differences;3. The prognosis of the two groups has no statistically difference, Multi-factor logistic regression showed that the age, the serum albumin level, urine protein level and the level of GFR are independent risk factors.
