| ObjectiveTo investigate the mechanismã€diagnosis and treatment of alcoholics with dental pulmonary mixed infections caused by invasive aspergillusã€bacteria and tubercle bacillus.MethodsThe etiopathogenisis, diagnosis and treatment of two patients, both of whom are alcoholics, with dental pulmonary mixed infections caused by invasive Aspergillusã€bacteria and tubercle bacillus were retrospectively analyzed. Results After veinã€oral and local application of antibioticsã€antifungal drugs and antituberculotic, as well as nutritional support of total body, the focus in pneumoniae was obvicusly absorbed, the temperature decreased to normal, and orther symptoms alleviated. Both of the two patients were discharged well.ConclusionAlcoholics with immune function impaired have the susceptivity to many kinds of pathogens that involve the lung. The patients often have serious symptoms and poor prognosis, and are usually misdiagnosed. Early diagnosis and treatment, improvement of the life styles, strengthening of maintenance therapy and detection of important organs are beneficial to control patients’conditions, Promptly discover the variations of patient’ conditions and give the proper treatment are the important turning point to increase recovery rate and reduce fatality ratio. |
