Obj ictiveTo investigate the influence and influence degree of the age of operation、operation method and dislocation degree on the developmental dislocation of the hip patients’hip joint function recovery after operationMethodsCollect clinical data of258patients (the age of operation from1year to7years; dislocation degree according to the tonnis grading include Ⅱ, Ⅲ, IV; operation methodes include Salter innominate osteotomy,Dega innominate osteotomy) treated with surgical treatment from2000.1to2010.10in our pediatric surgery department. According to multivariate balance design, choose72patients. For avoiding of both sides sickness affect postoperative joint function, all the patients are unilateral. Retrospective analysis all the clinical data. Among them,13are boys and59are girls.51are left sickness and21are right sickness. All patients were divided into three groups according to the age level and the dislocation degree, each group includes24patients. All patients were divided into two groups according to the operation method, each group includes36patients.Age groups are from1to2years, from2to3years and from3to7years. Operation method groups separately include the two operation methodes above. Tonnis grading groups include II,III,IV separately. Follow up one year, record the hip joint activity in the form of hip joint flexion angle.ResultIn one year, the "P" of age factor is less than0.01; the "P" of operation method factor is more than0.01and less than0.05; the "P" of dislocation degree factor is less than0.01before9monthes after operation and is less than0.0512monthes late after operation. This shows:there is evident relationship between the hip joint activity rehabilitation and the age of operation、dislocation degree; no evident relationship with operation method. The size relationship of "F" statistics is: F (age)>F (dislocation)>F (operation method). Following the functional exercise, the "F" statistics of every factor is decreasing. This shows:among these factors, the age factor has the most influence, second is the factor of dislocation degree, the factor of operation method has little influence. Following the functional exercise, the gap of "F" statistics is decrease. There is statistical difference between subtrochanteric osteotomy patients and non subtrochanteric osteotomy on hip joint flexion angle at3months,6months,9months after operation (P<0.05); there is no statistical difference at1year after operation.(P>0.05).Conelusion1.The age factor has evident relationship with the hip joint activity recovery. And the young, the better of functional recovery, and vice versa.2.The dislocation degree factor has evident relationship with the hip joint activity recovery too. And the lighter of dislocation degree, the better of functional recovery, and vice versa.3. In the premise of choosing reasonable operation method, operation method has little relationship with the hip joint activity recovery. But patients who not received subtrochanteric osteotomy have better functional recovery than patients received subtrochanteric osteotomy. Following the rehabilitation training, the gap of them is decreaseing.4.The age factor has much relationship than the dislocation degree factor on the hip joint activity recovery. Following the rehabilitation training, the gap of every factors is decreaseing.
