The Clinical Study Of The Effect Of Jia Wei Gua Lou Xie Bai Ban Xia Tang On Diastolic Function Of Left Ventricle In Stable Angina Pectoris Patients

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jiaweigualouxiebaibanxiatang for left ventricular diastolic dysfunction(LVDD) of patients with stable angina pectoris,in order to discuss the mechanism.Methods:60cases with stable angina pectoris LVDD were divided into treatment group(30cases) and control group(30cases) randomly based on the order of being hospitalized.Both of2groups were treated with conventional treatment and treatment group was given Jiaweigualouxiebaibanxiatan additionally.The period of treatment was4weeks.TCM symptom scores,electrocardiogram(ECG),clinical effect of angina,and the index of diastolic function of left ventricle(E、A、E/A、IVRT) were observed before and after treatment.Results:1.After treatment,the TCM symptom scores of treatment group were lower than ones before treatment,having statistically significant differences(P<0.05);The scores of chest hurt、choking sensation in chest、short of breath、over phlegm of treatment group are lower than ones of conventional treatment group after treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).2.The total effective rate of ECG of treatment group was46.67%while the conventional treatment group was20.00%,having no statistically significant differences(P>0.05);The total effective rate of angina of treatment group was93.33%, which was superior than the73.33%of conventional treatment group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment,the index of diastolic function of left ventricle (E、A、E/A、 IVRT)of treatment group was obviously improved,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After treatment,the index of E、A、E/A、IVRT of treatment group was obviously better than conventional treatment group,having statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:1. Jiaweigualouxiebaibanxiatang can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with stable angina pectoris LVDD.The clinical effect of chest hurt、choking sensation in chest、short of breath and over phlegm of treatment group is significantly better.2Jiaweigualouxiebaibanxiatang can significantly improve the state of ECG and angina of patients with stable angina pectoris LVDD.3.Jiaweigualouxiebaibanxiatang can significantly improve the diastolic function of left ventricle of patients with stable angina pectoris LVDD and the clinical effect is better than conventional treatment group.
