Objective:Through cluster needling of scalp point therapy combined with traditional rehabilitation training and functional electrical stimulation.Provide a more significant treatment for clinical curative effect on foot-drop after stroke rehabilitation.In order to improve the quality of survival at maximum.Make patients returning to family, to return the society.Methods:Using random table divided61patients who meet the rrequirements into synchronous group (31cases) and asynchronous group (30cases).The synchronous group which Cluster needling of scalp point therapy and functional electrical stimulation treat at the same time.The asynchronous group which cluster needling of scalp point therapy and functional electrical stimulation treat at the different time.Both groups with conventional rehabilitation therapy.Before and after treatment of the two groups,we use function ambulation category FAC,FMA and MMT to assess,to observe the change of index on cluster needling of scalp point therapy combined with rehabilitation training and functional electrical stimulation on foot-drop after stroke rehabilitation.Results:1. In each group,before and after treatment,the synchronous group and the asynchronous group,they exist very significant differences (P<0.01) in FAC,after treatment, two groups of patients exist very significant differences (P<0.01) in FAC2. In each group,before and after treatment,the synchronous group and the asynchronous group,they exist very significant differences (P<0.01) in Fugl-Meyer,after treatment two groups of patients exist significant differences (P<0.05) in Fugl-Meyer.3. In each group,before and after treatment,the synchronous group and the asynchronous group,they exist very significant differences (P<0.01) in the strength of muscle before tibial.,after treatment, two groups of patients exist very significant differences (P<0.01) in the strength of muscle before tibial.Conclusion:Cluster needling of scalp point therapy combined with rehabilitation training and functional electrical stimulation on foot-drop after stroke, in the clinical treatment effect is remarkable synchronous group was better than the asynchronous group.
