Objective: To investigate the metastasis regularity of thoracic esophageal squamous cellcarcinoma lymph nodes。Methods: Between2010—2011,230clinical cases of thoracic esophageal which weresurgical treated are reviewed to analyze the metastasis regularity of lymph nodes fromfive aspects, which includes depth of invasion、degree of differentiation、tumor lengthgross pathological types and tumor location。These data are consistent with the criteriafor inclusion。Results: No surgical mortality in hospital. The overall rate of metastasis is48.7%andthe extent of metastasis is17%.Tumor location, tumor length, depth of invasion, degreeof differentiation and gross pathological types all have statistically significance as tolymph node metastasis。Conclusion:, Depth of invasion, degree of differentiation tumor location are primaryfactors which influence lymph node metastasis in thoracic esophageal, tumor lengthand gross pathological types are secondary factors. in clinical duration, we should payattention to and analyze and summarize these factors so as to improve the effect ofcomprehensive treatment of esophageal carcinoma。...
