Objective:To investigate whether Preconditioning of morphine can accomplish a long protection on rabbit ischemic hindlimb muscle the same as the IPC.Methods:Thirty healthy New Zealand White rabbits were randomly divided into3groups:①IPC group(n=8):Right hind accepted5-minute ischemia and5-reperfusion3cycles, then reocclude the femoral artery forever after24hours.③physiological saline group(n=8):eight White rabbits were pretreated with physiological saline (3mg/kg) through ear vein, the same operation afer24hours. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect Angiogenesis of ischemic issue taken from the gastrocnemius by the Light microscope after3days, and Masson staining Infarct size.Results:1.CD31staining positive cells can be observed in Morphine groups, and its cell counting was significantly smaller than saline pretreatment groups and Greater than the IPC pretreatment groups,2. Collagen fibers staining can be observed in each groups, and In Morphine groups, its infarct size was significantly smaller than saline pretreatment groups and Greater than the IPC pretreatment groups. Conclusion:The results of morphine preconditioning showed that Morphine preconditioning differed from IP conditioning in statistics(P<0.05), but it actually had ability to promote the regeneration of ischemic areas of microvascular similar to IP conditioning.
