ObjectiveUnderstand and have sufficient exanimate cerebral palsy children ofvideotapes of the foot pressure characteristics; it is foot pressure measuringinstrument that check the various pressure location. And also combine the compatibleindex when feet touch the earth. Get to know the difference between the cure ofSufficient evaginate children. And only compare with the foot which has AFO.MethodSample1:41male patient,20female patients, Age: year2-10. Average age:4.59+/-2.48,(which are happened between march2010-march2011, totally61patient whose symptom are belong to Sufficient evaginate children in the hospital Iwork). According to the voltmeter principle, it can be divided in to research group andcomparison group, parents would recheck on basis. Collect information from the fivedistricts underneath each foot by machine JPD1600. The main observation index: thepercentage of pressure from the bottom foot to the whole foot. The research group who experienced the Comprehensive rehabilitation and alsowearing AFO, it happened around the hospital, there are various steps when peoplewho are in the hospital in terms of general assessment, sport description, individualcure exercise set, and also make a training process to the patients’ parents in order toknow the basic cure recovery skills. Four weeks later, parents have known the basiccure recovery skills, which can be used continually to their child at home. Generally itcan be last up to four weeks. One procedure last two month, three procedure, whichaccount for six month, which are regard as a research period. However, the comparison group only take AFO after they back home due to the financial issue, butthey will back to recheck on time, the they will be recheck the basic observation indexafter one research period. There are couples of ways doing rehabilitation in hospital in terms of regularBOBATH, VOJTA, Field method on Heuristic education in order to enhance thecapability of gesture control, foot walking excise, balance function, daily activity. Inorder to rebuilt the hand capability through the Draft technology, massage andInduce method.ResultsIt shows the significant results between the comparison and research groupaccording to the Arches inside edge, it contribute to the statistics meaning in Beforethe change hands full margin in research group, and there is no statics meaning incomparison group (P<0.01), there are three attached point in normal foot: the bottomfoot, the first metatarsal、the fifth metatarsal, because of the Foot inside the bow innormal foot there are less pressure inside the Inside edge weight. foot valgus due tocollapse of the medial longitudinal arch, arch medial weight than normal foot, footforefoot loading significantly, heel growth is small, the study group and the controlgroup by half of the treatment of foot pressure, foot visible forefoot medial marginpressure reduction the lateral margin of the heel, arch, pressure increase; thatcomprehensive rehabilitation treatment and wearing the orthosis correcting abnormalpressure distribution of foot. Normal foot in support of the largest proportion is off theground when the phase, followed by the whole foot contact phase, the phase, thecontact phase. While the children with cerebral palsy on lower limb control ability ispoorer, walking while landing in a relatively short time, and the lifting footmovements more difficult, time-consuming, in support of the largest proportion of thewhole foot contact phase, ground phase, a phase, the contact phase. Study group sixmonths after support period in the whole foot contact phase, off the ground when compared to prior to treatment change was statistically significant; the control groupbefore and after the study compare difference not to have statistical significance; thatwearing ankle foot orthosis can improve foot valgus malalignment of the foot areapressure percentage, but cannot correct hindfoot valgus in children with cerebral palsyabnormal gait and posture.ConclusionFeet is the only direct touching point with the earth when people walkingregular, Sufficient evaginate changed pressure points within various district of feet, which lead to the abnormal walking gesture of the children, which affect thechildren’s walking capability. The bottom foot pressure skills provide assessmentfunction which future guide the recover skills.
