Objcetive: To evaluate the applied value of320row volume CT combined withCartilage-viewing technique in the measurement of femoral neck anteversion (FNA) ofDevelopmental Dislocation of the Hip (DDH). Methods: Collected114cases of1to8years old children of DDH320row volume CT images,All hip joints divided into1to8years old groups,Use Conventional three-dimensional CT method and320row volume CTcombined with Cartilage-viewing technique to measure each of the hip joints of BonyFemoral neck anteversion (BFNA) and Cartilaginous Femoral neck anteversion (CFNA).①Compare each of the group of two methods of measurement to the measured value.②Draw the relationship figure of CFNA value and age.③To compare the differences ofCFNA value of dislocation and no dislocation. Results:①The CFNA and BFNA of1to5years old DDH children have statistically significant differences, CFNA value is greaterthan the BFNA value and their difference increases with age from gradually reduce, TheCFNA and BFNA of6to8years old DDH children have no statistically significantdifferences.②The CFNA of1to8years old DDH children experienced from small to bigand then declined slightly.③The CFNA of dislocation and no dislocation havestatistically significant differences in unilateral DDH dislocation of the hip in children (t=3.161, P=0.003<0.05),Bilateral hip CFNA values are larger than normal and there is alinear correlation between (t=0.354, P=0.021<0.05). Conclusion:320row volume CTcombined with Cartilage-viewing technique is a new method of FNA measurement thatconform to the definition, results accurate and reliable. Particularly suitable for DDH in children1to5years old and the epiphysis of the femoral condyle ossificationvariation.This new measurement method is of great significance to the pathological of theFNA research and clinical diagnosis and treatment of DDH in children.
