The Clinical Research Of LISS Steel Plate Using In The Treatment Of Proximal Tibial Complexity Fracture

Objective: To explore clinical effects of LISS steel plate using in the treatment ofproximal tibial complexity fracture.Methods: Choosing30complete case data of patients with proximal tibial complexityfracture using LISS steel plate of Shandong university of Traditional Chinese Medicinehospital ward.Collecting,collating, summarizing,analyzing and comparing surgical incisionlength, intraoperative bleeding, fracture healing time, the function of the knee jointevaluation results, and other related data, and researching the status quo of LISS steel plateapplication in the treatment of proximal tibial complexity fracture of our hospital. Throughanalyzing and discussing about these cases in order to provide more guidance for clinicaltreatment of such fracture.Results: Minimally invasive incision,few bleeding in surgery.Without anypostoperative complications. Callus appearred after four weeks, fracture line appearredfuzzy after eight weeks review, callus growth was good, fracture healed clinically after12weeks. Half a year review showed fracture line disappearred, callus appearred large growth,the healing time was short obviously.Full weight bearing time began in l2～26weeks.Average osteal healing was6months.Conclusion: The LISS steel plate provides a new choice for the treatment of proximaltibial complexity fractures,and it has the advantages of small trauma, reliable and tightfix,and early functional exercise to reserve knee joint function effectively.
