Clinical Research And Effect On Levels Of Serum Vegf And ⅢB、Ⅳ Lung Adenocarcinoma Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: Through the lung tumor suppressor mixture on ⅢB、Ⅳand efficacy inLung adenocarcinoma patients with pleural effusion to verify Chinese medicine treatmenthas significant effects，to provide a theoretical basis for Chinese medicine treatment III, IVlung adenocarcinoma patients, and to study the feasibility of Chinese medicine for thetreatment of pleural effusion。Methods: The selected90patients with adenocarcinoma of the lung wererandomly divided into three groups, of which30cases of Chinese medicine, Chinesemedicine plus immune support group30cases, chemotherapy group30patients (excludingout of the process of experimental chemotherapy patients) to observe the main symptoms(cough、 hemoptysis、 fever、 chest pain、 shortness of breath、 etc。) changes, thechanges in lesions, daily life, K S score of comparison, the parameters of change in tumormarkers, immune indicators of T cell subsets, T lymphocyte transformation rate of change,health expenses。Result: Clinical observations indicate that: lung tumor suppressor mixture, lungtumor suppressor mixture increases the immune support before and after treatment toimprove symptoms, stable lesions, lower blood toxicity, enhance immunity and soobviously superior to chemotherapy group (P <0.05)。Conclusion: The lung tumor suppressor mixture compared with chemotherapy alonecan significantly improve the clinical symptoms in patients with adenocarcinoma of thelung and improve patient quality of life, ease and stability of lesions, adjust the immunefunction, reduce medical costs, prepare for the comprehensive treatment of lung cancerprovides a clinical basis, with to better social benefits.
