Objective:Using the United States ABMP noninvasive portable ambulatory bloodpressure monitoring on the patients with essential hypertension blood pressure circadianrhythm changes of cardiac ultrasound examination, application in hypertensive patientswith left ventricular diastolic function in patients with essential hypertension, circadianrhythm of blood pressure and left ventricular diastolic dysfunction of the relationship. Methods: On70cases of hypertension patients by ambulatory blood pressuremonitoring, monitoring of the subjects of the circadian rhythm of blood pressure, and onthe basis of the circadian rhythm of blood pressure in patients with hypertension weregrouped. On70cases of hypertension patients and40healthy people undergoing cardiacultrasound examination, with mitral valve flow spectrum and mitral Doppler tissueimaging measurements in subjects with indicators, assessment of left ventricular diastolicfunction. Comparison of day-night rhythm of blood pressure in each group and controlgroup of mitral valve flow spectrum and mitral valve tissue Doppler imaging indices ofpatients with hypertension, circadian rhythm of blood pressure and left ventricular diastolicdysfunction by correlation analysis.Result:1.Compared with the control group, each group of day-night rhythm of bloodpressure and the mitral valve mitral valve flow spectrum of Doppler tissue imaging indexhad significant difference (P <0.05).2.Circadian rhythm of blood pressure in hypertensivepatients with mitral valve flow spectrum and mitral Doppler tissue imaging havesignificant correlation (P <0.01).Conclusion:1.Hypertension, circadian rhythm of blood pressure in different groups ofpatients compared with healthy controls, mitral valve flow spectrum and Doppler tissue imaging multinomial index values are significantly different, suggestive of hypertension oncardiac damage.2.Circadian rhythm of blood pressure in hypertensive patients with leftventricular diastolic dysfunction have significant correlation, tips on hypertensiondevelopment process," non-dipper" in patients with left ventricular diastolic dysfunctionoccurred more frequently than in" dippers" in patients with hypertension, explain"non-dipper" on cardiac damage in" dippers"; blood pressure rhythm changes as inhypertensive patients with left ventricular diastolic dysfunction independent riskfactors.3.Attached to the ultrasound heartbeat graph examination for the study ofhypertension disease occurrence and development have important sense.
