Objective: Discuss MIPPO with LCP in the treatment of the tibia fracture of belowthe middle for clinical curative effect and related methods.Methods: This study from Shandong university of Chinese medicine cases affiliatedhospitals orthopedic ward from August2009to June2011,34patients of the tibia fractureof below the middle. Among them male20, female14, average age46(18to73year).Thetraffic accident injury20cases, clog9cases, fall5cases. Ao classification: A type in6cases, B type in22cases, C type in6cases. Open fractures Gustilo points classification:type I in2cases. Preoperative combined with clinical and imaging material to assesssymptoms in patients, especially the soft tissue, determine the right operation time. Theshort term unable to surgery patients, all to drive up limb, parallel traction with bone.Intraoperative pay attention to the choice of the blade and the protection of the soft tissue.Postoperative guide patients to do rehabilitation training, as well as take the necessarymeasures to prevent complications. After nine months using Johner-Wruhs tibial stemstandards of grading, observe the clinical effect.Results:34patients, excellent in28, good in3, fair in3, and poor in0. The excellentand good rate was91.2%.Conclusion: MIPPO technology with the LCP steel treatment the tibia fracture ofbelow the middle have wide adaptability, minimally invasive surgery, postoperativefracture healing, fewer complications, and recovery of limb function characteristics,clinical with satisfactory effect.
