| Objective: Effect of traditional Chinese medicine and integrated interventions in thetreatment of bone age backward type ISS efficacy.Method: Firstly,divide the155cases diagnosed bone age backward type of childrenwith ISS in to three groups according to the age: the preschool group, learning age groupand the adolescent group. Then, according to the actual situation of the children, divideeach age group into three groups: Chinese medicine and comprehensive intervention group,growth hormone group and the blank group. Give the first group the comprehensivetherapy combined traditional Chinese medicine, nutrition, exercise, point massage,equipment training and gymnastics, etc.; Give the second group RhGH subcutaneousinjection. And the intervention and treatment time for the first group are12months; Butdo not offer the blank group any and intervention measures and treatment. Before and afterall the treatment, all the children must be measured the height, weight, and the boneage. And record the expenses of a course at the same time.Result: In the Preschool group: the height growth over the corresponding period ofthe Chinese medicine and comprehensive intervention group, growth hormone group andthe blank group respectively are:8.9+/-1.6cm,7.6+/-1.3cm,3.1+/-0.5cm; thevariation bone age over the corresponding period are:0.94+/-0.06y,0.90+/-0.10y,0.71+/-0.16y. In the Learning age group: the three groups’ corresponding period height growthrespectively are:8.7+/-2.3cm,7.6+/-1.5cm,3.4+/-0.6cm; the corresponding periodvariation bone age are:0.96+/-0.75y,0.94+/-0.09y,0.75+/-0.13y. In the Adolescencegroup: the three groups’ corresponding period height growth respectively are:6.9+/-1.6 cm,6.3+/-1.2cm,3.1+/-0.8cm; and the variation bone age in the same period are:0.91+/-0.11y,0.91+/-0.08y,0.78+/-0.10y. In each age group of the three, the difference of\the height growth in the same period in the Chinese medicine and comprehensiveintervention group, growth hormone group and the blank group is P <0.05,which has astatistical significant, and the difference in the bone age change in the same period is P <0.05, with a statistical significance also. In the Preschool group and the learning age group:the same period height growth of the Chinese medicine and comprehensive interventiongroup, growth hormone group all is P <0.05, which also has statistical significant. In allthe age groups, the cost change of the Chinese medicine and comprehensive interventiongroup, growth hormone group is P <0.05, with statistical significance.Conclusion1. Preschool, school-aged and adolescent children with traditional Chinese medicineand integrated intervention, growth hormone in the treatment of bone age behind ISS,height growth quantity is obviously superior to the control group, the difference wasstatistically significant..2. Traditional Chinese medicine and integrated intervention therapy in preschool,school-aged bone behind ISS, height growth than the growth hormone group, thedifference was statistically significant.3. Regarding the puberty age backward model with ISS, using traditional Chinesemedicine comprehensive intervention and treatment with growth hormone treatment, nosignificant differences between the two groups.4.Traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive intervention and treatment costs werelower than the growth hormone treatment costs, the difference was statistically significant. |
