Outer Perceptual Vertigo Treated From Shaoyang Mechanism And Curative Effect Observation Of Jiawei Xiaochaihu Decoction

Objective: The aims of this study were from and regulating Shaoyang Cardinal ofperceptual vertigo treatment， and to observe the clinical curative effect of JiaweiXiaochaihu Decoction， provide a reliable basis for clinical application.Methods: with the outer perceptual vertigo clinical criteria of60cases were randomlydivided into two groups， the treatment group30cases， traditional Chinese medicine toJiawei Xiaochaihu Decoction in the treatment of.30cases of the control group， giveGaultheria yunnanensis syrup treatment， two groups take3week for a course of treatment.In two groups were observed before and after treatment in patients with symptomaticchanges.Results: through the observation of clinical therapeutic discovery， JiaweiXiaochaihu Decoction can effectively improve sensibility of vertigo in patients withsymptoms， according to the" guiding principles of clinical research on new drugs oftraditional Chinese medicine" in the Vertigo effect evaluation standard for comparison，the experimental group， the total efficiency of86.6%for the control group， the totalefficiency of80.0%， two groups have significant clinical curative effect betweendifference (P <0.01). Two groups of patients before and after treatment in accordancewith the vestibular function tests to improve the rate of clinical evaluation， Results thetotal effective rate in the treatment group83.3%and control group66.7%total efficiencycomparison， There was significant difference (P <0.01). Two groups of patients beforeand after treatment of vestibular function examination total score and each componentcomparison shows， The overall efficacy of two groups have significant difference， the treatment group than in control group (P <0.01).Conclusion: the clinical results of modified Xiaochaihu Decoction， can effectivelyimprove the outer perceptual vertigo symptoms， clinical treatment has good adaptability，worthy of further study.
