Objective:1.To study the ventricular systolic function of heart failure patients aftertreatment in different ways by ultrasound new technology full-volume Real-timeThree-dimensional Echocardiography(RT-3DE).2.To study the theory of traditional Chinese medicine treat heat chronic heart failure underthe guidance of the treatment, and to find the characteristics of combining traditionalChinese medicine and western medicine treatment of heart failure and provide clinicalevidence.3.To study different effect of the ventricular systolic function of heart failure patients whoare treated by Two Dimensinal Echocardiogram (2DE)and Real-time Three-dimensionalEchocardiography(RT-3DE).Methods:1. To meet the conditions of the heart failure patients as the research object, inthe research object randomly divided into the control group1group and experimentalgroup2Group,3group, each group’s age, gender, illness, cardiac function gradingdifference.2. The full of western medicine and health in education, and on the basis of a control groupwere given regular routine medicine. Two groups of patients in routine to western medicinetherapy foundation, add with out of card no.1party one treatment.3groups in regulargroup to western medicine therapy foundation, add with out of card no.1party cream partytreatment. Each group taking four weeks to record the patient’s condition.3.All selected were taken in a quiet state of the left lateral position, connect the ECGultrasound image acquisition. All image data stored on CD-ROM to prepare for offlineanalysis.4.Using the SPSS17.0statistical software for data processing. The quantitative data meandifferences with±standard deviation (x±s) the form, the comparison of the quantitativedata between groups with single factor analysis of variance, sample mean differences oftwo compares the between two SNK-q test, P<0.05was considered statistically significant. The correlation between the two variables using Pearson correlation analysis.The research contents:1.With Two-Dimensional Echocardiography(2DE) and ultrasonicnew technology Real-time Three-dimensional Echocardiography(RT-3DE) on three groupsof patients with heart failure on behalf of left ventricular systolic function indexend-diastolic olume (EDV), end systolic olume (ESV), ejection fraction (EF), each cardiacoutput quantity (SV) was measured.2.Using statistical software on the medication before and after each set of data to beprocessed and analyzed based on the results of each set of data, evaluation and analysis thedifferences of the various treatment methods in the treatment of heart failure, Asthma partyevaluation of clinical efficacy. Asthma on the1st side of different formulations of thetreatment of chronic heart failure heart deficiency, blood stasis and water stops, heat toxinintrinsic system, the objective clinical experimental basis. New treatment ideas andmethods of Chinese medicine treatment of chronic heart failure, and by the IntegrativeMedicine Western medicine integrated intervention looking for distinctive treatment ofchronic heart failure the road to reduce heart failure hospitalization rate and mortalitypurposes.3.To study different effect of the left ventricular ejection function (LVEF)of heart failurepatients who are treated by Two Dimensinal Echocardiogram (2DE)and Real-timeThree-dimensional Echocardiography(RT-3DE).Results:1.The control group (1group) and experimental group (2group and3group): leftventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), stroke volume (SV), end-systolic volume (ESV) andthe difference between the control group with a statistical significance.2.Groups of the two experimental: test group (2group and3group) patients the checkindicators, improvement of cardiac function was not statistically significant.3.The traditional Two-Dimensional Echocardiography (2DE)ultrasound with Real-timeThree-Dimensional Echocardiography(RT-3DE) in the measured left ventricular ejectionfraction is highly correlated.Conclusions:1.Full volume of the new technology real-time three-dimensionalechocardiographic the Figure quantitative detection of patients with heart failure aftertreatment of the different approaches to the detection of left ventricular ejection fractionwith the feasibility.2.The two groups of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment isbetter than western medicine treatment group. 3.Results are similar to the efficacy of Chinese medicine decoction ointment sidedifferences were not significant.
