The Research Of The Compatibility Rule For Attenuation Synergia Of Xixin Based On Prescirptions Containing It

Objective：In recent years，poisoning incidents caused by taking traditional Chinesemedicine are often reported. Thus the safty of traditional Chinese medicine arousedextensive attention. Xixin has being applied widely in clinical therapy. On the otherhand,its toxicity is clear. So, whether from a theoretical point of view,or from theperspective of clinical and scientific experiments, the research on the synergia andattenuated compatibal rules of Xixin is of great significance. We hope to explore thesynergia and attenuated compatibal rules through the collation and comprehensive analysisof prescriptions containing Xixin.Materials and methods：We gather all the prescriptions containing Xixin from the《Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription》.After sorting andscreening,we established a database. And then, we make the factor analysis using themethods supplied by SPSS.17.0.Results：By the frequency analysis, We can describe frequency characteristics of thedrugs that are cooperated with Xixin. At the same time, we can summarize the types ofdrugs that are often cooperated with Xixin. According to the results, we can provide areference for clinical application. By the factor analysis, we can explore the drugscombination that have great influence on the function of Xixin. According to the results,we can provide the basis for the attenuation and synergia rules of Xixin.Conclusion：Based on the results of frequency analysis and factor analysis and thepotency theory of traditional Chinese medicine, we can summarize the compatibal rules：Reduce the toxicity by constrainting Xixin——using shrinking to constraint scattered;using cold to constraint heat; strengthening vital Qi to constraint toxicity; et al, and theway of efficacy-enhancing in compatibility---using dynamic to support dynamic; using opposite to support complementary, and so on.
