| Objective:For the imperfect state of cancer patient intervention at present in China, the goal of this research is looking for cancer patients and their family cognizing intervention. To ease concerns of anesthesia psychiatric painkillers, improve the effect of cancer’s pain controlling, so as to improve the quality of cancer patient’s life.Methods:Choosing four wards randomly from medical oncology. Four wards are randomly divided into two groups, experimental group has two wards and control group has two groups.57cancer patients in control group were given the way of conventional management, and48cancer patients in experimental group were given the cognizing intervention extra for ten days. Then questionnaire is used to do the survey of the quality score of cancer patient’s life by using12index of evaluation of the quality life of cancer patient. Meanwhile, the questionnaire of the cognizing therapy of cancer patient is used to survey the concerns of painkillers and analgesic therapy. Two groups of cancer patients are evaluated for the concerns of painkillers, the way of using painkillers, the effect of cancer’s pain controlling and the quality score of life. SPSS13.0is used to analysis the data, and the methods of statistics are prevalence study, rank sum test, t test and chi-square test.Results:(1) Using the rank sum test to compare the condition of the concern of painkiller in experimental group and control group. There is significant difference (p<0.05) among different groups, the rate (50.17%) of experimental is higher than the rate (31.58%) of control group.(2) Using the chi-square test to compare the condition of the way of taking painkillers in different groups. There is significant difference (p<0.05) among different groups, the rate (70.83%) of experimental is higher than the rate (42.11%) of control group.(3) Using rank sum test to compare the condition of the cancer’s pain in the first ten days in different groups. There is significant difference (p<0.05) among different groups, the effect of controlling in experimental group is obviously better than that in control group.(4) Before intervention, the average score of quality of cancer patient’s life in experimental group is40.23, and that in control group is38.65. Using t test to compare the average score in experimental group and control group. There is no difference (p>0.05) among different groups. After intervention, the average score of quality of cancer patient’s life in experimental group is46.21, and that in control group is41.28. Using t test to compare the average score in experimental group and control group. There is significant difference (p<0.05) among different groups, the average score in experimental group is higher than that in control group.Conclusion:It is the best way to carry out the cognizing education for cancer patients and their family, hand out brochures of cancer’s pain knowledge, comprehensive pain evaluated figure and so on. These methods can ease the concerns of painkillers, improve the pain therapy and effect of cancer’s pain controlling, and improve the quality of cancer patient’s life. |
