Pharmacy Reaserch On Boil Powder Granules Of Flos Lonicerae

Based on the traditional theory of boil powder of herb, the study of boil powder granules of Flos Lonicerae was aimed at saving resources and time and preparing the boil powder granules with the same property and effect as traditional slices but physical state by using the modern preparation technology. This research which combined with modern preparation techniques developed boil powder granules of Flos Lonicerae. In this paper, the preparation technology, the boiling conditions, the quality standards, and the contrastive studies withtraditional slices were studied, which lay the foundation for further study of boil powder granules of Flos Lonicerae.In the preparation technology of boil powder granules of Flos Lonicerae, firstly, the powder particle size was investigated by evaluating formability, bulk solution, filtration and extraction to ascertain that the middle powder is the suitable powder. Secondly, the process parameters was investigated by evaluating the content of chlorogenic acid and the water capacity in boil powder granules of Flos Lonicerae to ascertain the preparation process. This is a complex process, fisrtly the middle powder of Flos Lonicerae was mixed water which proportion is0.8ml/g, and pressing, and after that, used the oven (40℃) to dry it for8hours, then the finished products were Flos Lonicerae.In the study of boiling conditions, orthogonal experimental design was adopt to study the boiling conditions, by setting content of chlorogenic acid and extraction as the indexes, the best condition was followed:added water as12times as boil granules of boil powder granules, then boiling2times, and each time for10minutes.In the study of the quality standards of boil powder granules of Flos Lonicerae, according to relevant requirement from Chinese Pharmacopoeia, established the quality standard of boil powder granules of Flos Lonicerae. The quality standard can ensure the quality of boil powder granules stable and controllable.In the study of the contrastive studies between boil powder granules of Flos Lonicerae and tranditional slices, regarded the content of chlorogenic acid and extraction in different times as the evaluation indexes, and then made a conclusion that the boil powder granules of Flos Lonicerae as1.2times as Flos Lonicerae in dosage by using weighted score.In addition, a preliminary study of the HPLC fingerprints between the boil powder granules and tranditional slices were carried out. There were established the common patterns of boil powder granules of Flos Lonicerae and tranditional slices and the similarity was greater than0.90.The result showed that the preparation technology of boil powder granules of Flos Lonicerae was reasonable and practicable; the quality standard was completed; boil powder granules of Flos Lonicerae had many advantages in terms of saving resources and reducing boiling time.
