The input cases of the avianinfluenza, influenza A H1N1etc. maybe bring about the Epidemic outbreak or violent outbreak.According to the frontier health quarantine strategies of optimizing the prevention and control ofstrong infectivity disease by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspectionand Quarantine the People’s Republic of China (AQSIQ), it is urgent for the Quarantine matter toenhance the fast detection ability&management of Public Hygiene Emergency.According to the characteristics of influenza A and its epidemiology specialicity,combiningwith the actual situation of Xiamen port, we choose Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport, XiamenInternational cruise terminal,Wutong terminal,Dongdu as influenza surveillence sentinel andset Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport, Xiamen International cruise terminal as the influenzainspection branch central, set the ITHC Molecular biology laboratory as the influenza inspectioncentral. Thus we have built a complete inspection net for influenza on Xiamen port.This study establishes the Flu A-Dot rapid antigen detection kits. We have analyzed andevaluated its detection limit&Specificity with the comparison of the similar products by theChuangxin Co.ltd in domestic and the B.D. Company from the international famous company,thus established the influenza A fast detection instruction, and take the influenza A inspection atthe influenza surveillence sentinel with the Instruction. We have designed and synthesisedprimers&probes with100%sensitivity and96.67%specificity for Influenza Aã€seasonalH1N1ã€H1N1(2009)ã€seasonal H3N2etc., which can meet the laboratory diagnosis needs ofsubtype of the influenza A virus such as seasonal H1N1ã€H1N1(2009)ã€seasonal H3N2. We detectthe sample’s subtype with PCR if its result is positive for the fast detection Reagent Kits of influenza A.This study establishes a scientific and reasonable influenza A surveillance system toenhance the important role of the three classes Laboratory at the port Quarantine. With thematurity of inspection net for influenza, we have made optimization for the influenza A fastdetection instruction, thus timely and accurately obtain the inspection DATA.We make asystematic analysis to the monitoring data in the influenza surveillance network, so acquire theinfluenza A. epidemiological characteristics of the entry persons, detect the influenza A ‘ssubtype at early phases, and make a prevalence effect analysis to Xiamen city influenza outbreak,provide the scientific evidences for the effective prevention of influenza outbreak, thus enhance the prevention and control of the Emerging and reemerging infectious diseases at the port. Thesystem has played an important role in the influenza prevention and control work at Xiamenport.The study optimizes and improves the influenza surveillance system. The application ofinfluenza detection model is to make a rapid detection for the first detected samples. For theresults positive samples, we make PCR detection and virus isolation for typing. Relative to thedirect detection of all samples of THE DIAGNOSIS&TREATMENT GUIDE TO INFLUENZA2011EDITION issued by the Ministry of Health, this paper establishes the detection modelwhich may expand screening range and reduce the PCR detection quantity and save the testingcost advantage.Through more than two years of practical application at the Xiamen port, it canbe concluded that the detection model of the surveillance system can be applied to the influenzadetection and surveillance work at the amount Group workplace such as the port, the largeamount of community. |
