Objective:To study hospital94patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseasewith acute exacerbation (AECOPD) in patients with lung function (FEV1%), blood gasanalysis (PaO2, PaCO2),and plasma fibrinogen (FIB)between the correlation, and discussthe Uighur whether the family with the Han ethnic differences. Methods: Consecutivecollected in our hospital from April2011to January2012diagnosed with chronicobstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation of94patients,48cases of midtermUygur,Han46cases,dimensional, Han groups in age, gender, disease severity werecomparable, and no significant difference (P>0.05),partial correlation analysis on94patients,FEV1%,PaO2,PaCO2and FIB, and dimensional,Han two groups of FEV1%,PaCO2, the PaO2and FIB carried out t test; Results:with AECOPD patients with FEV1%and PaCO2significantly with a negative correlation (r=-0.89,P<0.01),FEV1%and PaO2was significant with a positive correlation (r=0.64,P<0.01),of FEV1%and FIB withoutsignificantly with the relevant (P>0.01),the FIB and PaO2was significantly negativelycorrelated (r=-0.49, P<0.01).FIB and PaCO2showed a significant positive correlation (r=0.39,P<0.01); Uygur and Han FEV1%, PaO2, PaCO2and FIB was no significantdifference (P>0.05). Conclusion: When patients in the acute exacerbation of pulmonaryfunction testing can not be tolerated by blood gas analysis as chronic obstructivepulmonary disease with acute exacerbation of disease severity to determine one of theindicators, and indirectly by the determination of fibrinogen to understand the patient’scondition severity and prognosis;dimensional,Han,FEV1%and PaO2,PaCO2the FIBdifferences need to increase the sample size, excluding the impact of factors to furtherstudy the differences.
