| Objective: Atrial fibrillation Poincare plot on the graph, to distinguish between thetype of atrial fibrillation autonomic nervous (vagal atrial fibrillation or sympathetic AF).Methods: Measurement and analysis of450cases on the basis of the dynamicelectrocardiogram in patients with atrial fibrillation, atrial fibrillation classificationaccording to the Poincare plot, and the different pattern of atrial fibrillation and20normalsubjects24h heart rate variability indices (SDNN, LF, and HF,LF/HF) statistical analysis(P<0.05) differences were significant. Results:(1) atrial fibrillation according to thegraphical scatter plot, divided into four categories of oval atrial fibrillation, spider-shapedatrial fibrillation, spider+oval atrial fibrillation and other form of atrial fibrillation.(2)four groups of cases compared with the control group, atrial fibrillation occurs, the LF ofHF compared with normal control group increased; spider-shaped atrial fibrillation in theLF/HF compared with control group increased more than three atrial fibrillation toreduce; In addition to the spider-shaped atrial fibrillation group, the other three atrialfibrillation SDNN higher than the normal control group, the difference of these indicatorswere significant.(3) atrial fibrillation, sympathetic tone and vagal tone was significantlyincreased, depending on the degree of elevated into the vagal AF and sympathetic atrialfibrillation. Conclusion:Prompted the spider-shaped atrial fibrillation is a sympatheticmediated atrial fibrillation, and the remaining three atrial fibrillation vagal nerve-mediatedatrial fibrillation. In vagal atrial fibrillation, again as severe and mild vagal atrialfibrillation. |
