Objective:Study the expression level of interleukin6(IL-6), interleukin17(IL-17) and TGF-β in PBMCs of SLE patients, Analysis the treatment situation of Lang No.2(jiajian shugan huoxue Principle is belong to Bian Tianyu, the well-known expert in Integrative Medicine skin), observe the immunology variation of expression level of cell factors IL-6, IL-17and TGF-β and clinical variation’s research,and analysis the improve situation of quality of life after treatment, discusses the immunology pathogenesis of SLE, and analysis pharmacological mechanism of Lang No.2, lay a solid foundation for further clinical application of the Lang No.2.Methods:Test the expression level of the cytokines IL-6, IL-17and TGF-β of SLE patients and healthy controls by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA);And observe the expression changes, the clinical symptoms and the improvement of the laboratory parameters of cell factors IL-6, IL-17and TGF-β of treatment group and control group before and after treatment by glucocorticoid and Lang No.2; And analysis improve situation of quality of life of treatment group and control group after treatment by SF-36scale.Results:1. ELISA test results show:the expression of IL-6, IL-17of SLE group is higher than healthy controls,and the expresssion of TGF-β is lower than healthy controls, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05);2. Compare the treatment group and control group before and after treatment, after treatment by glucocorticoid and Lang No.2, the TGF-β expression amount rise; and the result is statistically significant (p<0.05); the expression of IL-6evidently decreased, the result is statistically significant (p<0.05); the expression of IL-17decreased, but this was not statistically significant (p>0.05),3. The clinical symptoms such as her lesions, joint pain, light sensitive symptom of SLE patients were more obviously improved in clinical studies than control group after treatment by glucocorticoid and Lang No.2, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05); the ESR of treatment group are more significantly reduced than control group after treatment, heart of phospholipids antibody shade rate is obvious, the treatment group were all better than the control group in reduceing hormone dosage and reduce the recurrence.4. Situation of quality of life improved:Treatment group and control group had no significant difference in all dimensions of quality of life except body health (PF), and physical pain (BP), emotional role function (RE), and the rest of the significantly (p<0.05).Conclusion:1. The expression of IL-6, IL-17of SLE group rise obviously, expression of TGF-β decreased, indicating that the existence of SLE cytokines network imbalance.2. Compare control group after treatment by glucocorticoid and Lang No.2, the TGF-β expression amount rise, the expression of IL-6evidently decreased, the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05) suggesting that can adjust the secretion of cell factors in the treatment of SLE, make the body in immune equilibrium state.3. The clinical symptoms and laboratory index of SLE patients improved more notably than control group, suggesting that can mobilize the body’s immune system, and bring into play the clinical treatment effect. Confirmed the Lang No.2granule has played an important role in the treatment of SLE.4. The patient’s quality of life improved notably after treatment with glucocorticoid and Lang No.2granules, showing the advantage of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of SLE.
