ObjectiveThis project aims to cut experimental study to observe the bond strength of composite resin in dentin and bottom material failure load, bonding interface morphology of surface damage and to assess for clinical filling with resin, select the appropriate the bottom material to provide a scientific basis.MethodsCaries-free teeth samples used in this experiment are30years of age crowd extraction due to periodontitis loose molars30. Divided into six groups, were randomized to five groups each tablet. Extracted teeth with self-curing resin-embedded in the silicone female mold preparation, with zinc phosphate cement, carboxylic acid zinc cements, glass ionomer cement, light-cured calcium hydroxide, resin reinforced glass ionomer cement bottom of the material in accordance with instructions for use after the operation, and dentin by self-etching adhesive resin bonding, another set of direct composite resin and dentin bonding. The same to complete the operation after the shear test and record data and microscopy the type of fracture plane.ResultsThe shear strength of the overall mean was statistically significant between the two groups of composite resin and dentin bond strength, shear bond strength. Light-curing calcium hydroxide and resin reinforced glass ionomer cement, followed by the remaining three groups of the worst, the difference was statistically significant. Composite resin dentin bonding group in the shear in the resin itself fracture to cohesive failure observed through the stereoscope. Which resin the enhanced glass ionomer cement and light-curing calcium hydroxide fracture surface visible resin and most of the bottom material to fall off, and clearly visible dentin surface mixed fracture. Ordinary glass ionomer cement visible part of the resin and the bottom material with shedding, but not bonding with the resin part of the body, as the microscope showed many cracks. Zinc polycarboxylate cement bottom materials and zinc phosphate cement base materials seen in the stereoscope observation of fracture surface of fracture of the interface between the composite resin and the bottom material, and no dentin surface and visible poly-carboxylic acid zinc cement and phosphate zinc cement on the bottom of the material to loose closely with the two light-curing the texture of the bottom material different.ConclusionsThe bonding strength between the different bottom materials and resins of this experiment in the clinical application of light-cured resin to enhance the glass ionomer cement can improve the success rate of resin repair.
