| 1This study takes jellyfish as research object. By discussing the basiccomposition of the skin of jellyfish, the results show that the main components ofjellyfish is water and salt. The main dry matter components are the proteins, in whichcollagen takes up about1/3. the high moisture and salt content, lower purity collagenmake it difficulty for the collagen extraction. So we need an effective way for thelarge scaled extraction of the collagen in the jellyfish in subsequent experiment. Thisarticle discussed the physical and chemical properties of collagen extracting by threecommonly used methods (enzymatic extraction, hot water extraction and acidextraction method).The results shows little difference in the collagen structures. Acidextraction method can get high purity of collagen, its hydroxyproline content is higherthan HEG and PSC, and ASC has good emulsification stability. The molecular weightof HEG is opposite bigger, and has good emulsification. It hygroscopicity from strongto the weak: PSC>HEG>ASC. PSC has the better moisture retention. Besides, theresults indicate that the hot water extraction and acid extraction, enzymatic extractionof jellyfish collagen have different physical and chemical properties and could beused in different applications.2The paper studied the protection on the Uï¼¶-induced photoaging mice skin asthe research object. The mice for experiment is divided into11groups, the normalgroup, model control group, positive control group, collagen high dose group andcollagen low dose group. Through the detection of biochemical indicator in serum and skin ofmice and observation of histomorphology can get the following conclusion: sand jellyfish collagen can inhibit collagen protein and water loss caused by ultravioletilluminate, of which Mr>8000is the most effective and2500<Mr<8000ofcollagen peptide can better reduce the water loss. jellyfish collagen act an antioxidanteffect through clearance of radical, of which Mr <2500collagen shows a better cleareffect to skin tissue of free radicals peptide collagen.Sand jellyfish collagen proteinpeptide can effectively improve the mouse skin form of organization irradiated byultraviolet rays,make it close to the normal mice skin form of organization; Sandjellyfish collagen has protective effect of the skin photoaging in mice.3To study the percutaneous permeability of polypeptide come from jellyfish, theresearch discussed molecular weight, dose,time and pH, etc. From which we findthat with lower collagen molecular weight showed a better quality of percutaneouspermeability. In addition, through the curve of accumulative quality of percutaneouspermeability and time come to the zero-order release kinetics about collagen extractedfrom jellyfish percutaneous permeability:Mr<2500:Q=209.29t-6.801;2500<Mr<8000: Q=84.381t+133.75; Mr>8000: Q=52.597t+72.96. Along with the sampleconcentration increases, the percutaneous permeability of sand jellyfish collagenpolypeptide increases,which shows good in about pH8. |
