The Research Of Association Cytokines Expression Of The Dampness-heat Blockage Of Gouty Arthritis

Objective:Through the the research of association cytokines expression,explore their role in the pathogenesis of the dampness-heat blockage of gouty arthritis.Methods:30patients with dampness-heat blockage of gouty arthritis(GA Group),30patients with hyperuricemia(HUA Group)and30healthy people as control(CON Group)were assembled,their expression level of IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8and TGF-β1were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Pain score were evaluated by Numerical rating scale(NRS) in Group GA.The relationship of the expression of cytokines to pain score and whether there are differences in expression were analysised.Results:(1)Concentration level of IL-1β, IL-6and TGF-β1in GA Group were significantly higher than the HUA Group and the CON Group, P<0.01;while GA Group of IL-8levels lower than HUA Group.(2)There is highly significant relationship of the serum uric acid concentration and IL-1β,pearson correlation coefficient was0.439, P<0.01;pearson correlation coefficient between the concentration of serum uric acid and IL-6, TGF-β1were-0.66,-0.76,P<0.01,although statistically significant,but combined with clinical correlation of the two are not quite;pearson correlation coefficient between serum uric acid concentration and IL-8was0.08, P>0.542, there is no clear correlation between the two.(3)The correlation coefficients between pain scores and IL-1β, IL-6were0.52,0.65, P <0.01, there is a significant positive correlation;that between pain scores and IL-8,TGF-β1were-0.28,-0.21, P>0.05, there is no clear correlation between the two.(4)the correlation coefficient between IL-1β and IL-6was0.58,P<0.01, there was significant correlation. Others found no clear correlation.Conclusions:(1)IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8and TGF-β1may participate in the pathogenesis of the dampness-heat blockage of gouty arthrity.(2)IL-1β, IL-6and pain in GA Group are significantly correlated.(3)the role of IL-1β and IL-6have a close correlation.
