LOAEL, BMDL10and BMD10for TBBPA were10,15,9.45and10.34μM respectively.Based on the results of this study, the following conclusions could be made:(1) TBBPA could cause cell death in HepG2cells.(2) TBBPA could generate oxidative stress in HepG2cells.(3) The cytotoxicity of TBBPA on HepG2cells may be caused by oxidative stress.(4) TBBPA could induce apoptosis in HepG2cells.(5) The value of BMDL10for TBBPA were9.45μM, which selected the inhibition rate after24h exposure as endpoint.
