●OBJECTIVE:Investigating the mechanism of prevention and antioxidant about shijueing on rats’D-lactose Cataract.●ETHODS:This subject carries on the discussion from two following parts, Part one, Extract the liquid from shijueming with water; Make the rats model of cataract, screen the effective density of shijueming water; Part two, observing the changes of the rat lens on5th,10th,15th day under shijueming water, Take the lens out when the experiment is over and estimate the vigot of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathion (GSH),glutathion peroxide enzyme (GSH-PX) in the lens of rat’ D-galactose cataract.Part one:Preparation stage.One:Prepare traditional Chinese medicine of shijueming water.Purpose:Make traditional Chinese medicine of shijueming water. Method:Choose shijueming, fry and boil drawing, concentrate, put into excipient, sterilize and bottle.Result:Get3%of the shijueming water;Conclusion:The study from the cooperator cell experiment Group’s show the density of the0.01%shijueming water was effective.Two:Screen the effective density of the shijueming water.Purpose:Screen shijueming water that animal’s experiment needs, offer the reliable experiment basis for next experiment.Method:According to the experiment data of the cell group, the liquid is divided into3pieces of density group, observing the influence of them on the crystal of cataract rat of D-galactose Through estimating the vigot of eath groups’SOD.Result:Content of the SOD in the group0.25%shijueming water is higher than two other groups, compare with model group, low density and high density group, P value is less than0.05.Conclusion:0.25%of the traditional Chinese medicine of shijueming water, the SOD content in the crystal of D-galactose cataract rat have better protective action.Part two:observing the changes of the rat lens on5th,10th,15th day under shijueming water, Take the lens out when the experiment is over and estimate the vigot of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathion (GSH),glutathion peroxide enzyme (GSH-PX) in the lens of rat’D-galactose cataract.Purpose:observing the protection and antioxidant injury of shijueming on rats’ D-lactose cataract.Method:Divide the rats into4groups to carry on the experiment, observing the changes of the rat lens on5th,10th,15th day under shijueming water; Take the lens out when the experiment is over and comparing the content of SOD, GSH, GSH-PX in4groups of rats’lens according to the reagent box.Result:The muddy intensity of rats’lens of group of shijueming is obviously light than model group, slowly develop; The SOD,GSH and GSH-PX content in shijueming group is higher than the model group, has obvious difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine of shijueming has protective action on the lens of the rats of cataract,it can delay the development of cataract.●RESULTS:The SOD、GS、GSH-PX content in the group clear was significantly higher than the group model、shijueming group and pirenoxine sodium eye drops group(P<0.01);The content of SOD、GSH、GSH-PX was significantly higher in the group shijueming than the model group (P<0.05).●CONCLUSION:Shijueming can effectively improve the antioxidant capacity of the Lens protect the Lens.
