Objective:To explore the methods, effectiveness and safety of treatment in intracranial venous sinus thrombosis. Methods:Retrospectively analyze the clinical data of25patients who were diagnosed in our hospital and cured by defibrase and anticoagulant treatment and15patients from literatures who were cured by endovascular interventional thrombolytic treatment. According to the treatment methods, the total40patients were divided into three groups:defibrase group, anticoagulant group and endovascular interventional thrombolytic group. In order to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of each other, we analysis the therapeutic efficiency and compare whether there is a significant different. Results:The effectiveness and safety of anticoagulant group is higher than defibrase group with significant difference; The effectiveness and safety of anticoagulant group is higher than endovascular interventional thrombolytic group with no significant difference; the therapeutic efficiency of endovascular interventional thrombolytic group is higher than defibrase group with significant difference; early (course of diseaseā‰¤8.5days) treatment in the anticoagulant group has a higher therapeutic efficiency than late (course of disease>8.5days) treatment. Conclusion:Anticoagulant treatment is safe and effective for intracranial venous sinus thrombosis, especially in early treatment; endovascular interventional thrombolytic treatment has better efficacy and lower security; defibrase treatment has better security and lower efficacy.
