Objective: Triple-negative breast cancer (ER, PR, HER2negative) may continue tobe divided into two subtypes: Basal and non-Basal subtype, and the triple negativetype of breast cancer and HER2over-expression (ER and PR negative,HER2positive)are relatively poor prognosis, this study was to explore the P53, KI67expressiondifferences among the subtypes, the clinical pathological characteristics and clinicalsignificance. Methods: Using tissue microarray based immunohistochemical analysis, according toER, PR, HER2and basal markers (CK5/6, CK17, EGFR) divide the collectedsamples of the96cases into three classifications, statistical P53, KI67expressionDifferences between samples, and to investigate the clinicopathological features ofthese samples. Results: Based on the results, basal phenotype (BP)accounted for71%(47/66),non-basal phenotype (NBP) accounted for29%(19/66) in triple negative breastcancer patients. No differences have been found between the basal phenotype (BP)and non-basal phenotype (NBP) groups in relation to the age, menopause, and statusof lymph node metastasis, and expression of P53、ki67, but the tumor diameter wassignificantly larger, and the histological grading was also significantly higher in theBP group than in the NBP group; Indifferent tumor diameters of triple negative breast cancer tissues, p53, Ki67expression difference was statistically significant; Nodifferences have been found between the TNBC group and the HER2overexpressiongroup in relation to the age, menopause, tumor diameter, histological grading, andexpression of P53, but in the status of lymph node metastasis, and expression of ki67,the HER2over-expression group was significantly higher than the TNBC group. Andin the TNBC, p53and Ki67was no significant correlation. Conclusion: There are the lower degree of differentiation, the higher degree ofmalignancy, faster tumor progression and worse prognosis in the BP group than in theNBP group, TNBC further classification for basal and non-basal phenotyp is verynecessary; HER2overexpression group has the stronger invasive, more likely totransfer, the prognosis is even worse than TNBC group; In HER2over-expressingbreast cancer, P53, ki67can not become an independent indicator to judge thedegree of malignancy; In theTNBC, the expression of P53, ki67is closely related totumor growth...
