| Objective: to explore the perinatal outcomes in GDM combined ICP pregnancy. Methods: Clinical data of11cases of GDM and ICP pregnant women labored in ourhospital from Janury2007to December2011were retrospectively analyzed, the sameto214GDM patients and102cases of ICP pregnant women during thecorrespongding period. Then we analysed the perinatal outcome of fetus as well ascomplicated syptomes of pregnant women, respectively. Results were statisticallyanalyzed using the SPSS17.0software.Results: the difference of the general conditions such as primiparity, the ET,>35y,senior citizens primiparous was not statistically significant with P>0.05among thethree groups. The perinatal outcomes of the GDM+ICP group, compared with theGDM group and the ICP group respectively are as below.(1) neonatal asphyxia, jaundice, low-Weight, FGR, cord around neck, premature birth rate (<34Wpregnancy termination,35~37W terminating the pregnancy) increasedinsignificantly with the P value>0.05.(2) polyhydramnios, oligohygramnios, postpartum hemorrhage and caesarean section incidence insignificantly increased withthe P value>0.05, so the difference was not statistically significant.(3) the incidenceof preeclampsia significantly increased (P <0.05).(4) twin preganancy can increasethe incidence of pregnancy with GDM combined with ICP with P value <0.05.Conclusion: the likelihood of GDM combined ICP significantly increased by thetwins, need to confirm the pregnant twins and give the high-risk management andintensive care, timely terminate the pregnancy, prevent and treat the pregnancycomplications, and improve birth quality;... |
