Brain trauma is an intricate pathogenesis disease and incidence of the disease isvery high with the low curing rate and many aftereffects after surgery. It seriouslyaffects people’s health life. This article builds the model of blood indexes and headinjury severity, the model of hormone indexes and head injury severity and the modelof biochemical indicators and head injury severity thought cleaning up these data ofthe blood、biochemical and hormone and analyzing the pathogenesis of brain injury.In order to judge accurately the injury severity of brain trauma, making these patientstimely treatment and increasing the cure rate of patients.This paper choose16kinds of blood index, four hormone index, and kind ofbiochemical index of acute brain trauma patients as the research object. This paperdoes studies as follows according to the relation of these indicators and brain damage.(1)Through analyzing blood indicators of acute brain trauma, this paper was inorder to research the relation of blood indicators and brain trauma. The research objectwas chosen as16indicators as follows: red blood cells, neutrophils and red blood cellcounts, and using the factor analysis method to16indicators for analysis was toobtain6kinds of characteristic factor indexes related with the severity of brain trauma.And using discriminatory analysis to tests six factor indexes is to get the85percent ofaccuracy.(2) The paper researched the relation of hormones and acute brain trauma.Thetext chosen serum cortisol, prolactin, testosterone and the hormone hunger as theresearch object. Through consulting expert advice and analyzing the relationship ofbrain injury severity and the four hormone indexes of the sample data, the textconstructed the network structure. And analyzing of the sample data could get theconditional probability of four kinds of hormone, then to establish the Bayesiannetwork model to judge the severity of the brain damage.(3) The paper researched the relation of biochemical indexes and braintrauma.Through choosing37kinds of biochemical indexes, including the totalprotein, albumin, globulin and so on, as the research object. At first using factoranalysis dealt with the37kinds of biochemical data, furthermore support vectormachine was chosen to train these data and establish the model of biochemicalindexes and acute brain trauma., finally judging accuracy of the severity of the headinjury though the model. (4) In order to judge brain injury severity and adapt to the need of doctor,the textdesigned the simulation system through blood indexes, four kind of hormone indexesand biochemical indexes judging brain injury severity on the VB6.0developmentplatform.
