Objective To observe, describe and measure the important anatomical structures on the minimally invasive Endosoopic lumbar transforaminal operative approach, to establish meaningful anatranical landmarks and obtain anatomical parameters and informations by me-arm of observation and measurement of these anatomical landmarks and operation-related other anatomical structures to provide anatomical basis for dinical applications and operation standardisation. Materials and method Using local anatomy and image measurement meth-od respectively observsed and measured operation-related anatomical landmarks and other anatomical structures of adult lumbar spine in10fresh frozen adult cadavers spedrnens(L1/2-L4/5), and image data (including die X-ray50cases and CT30cases). Results Through measurement on the lumbar spine specimens and image data that take the HP (Highest point of lumbar zygapaphysial joint) and TAP (Meet point of Superior articular process and trans-verse process) as center, established some meaningful anatomical landmarks in the lumbar foramina) region and obtained the distance and distribution trends parameters of these ana-tomical structures. Conclusions Through such measurement and observation on anat structures, add up the HP, TAP, et al were meaningful and persistent anatomical1in lumbar foramina! region. Taking them as reference could help to successfully revealed le-sions, improve safety and reduce injury. The Micro-endoseopic lumbar Tranaforaminal oper-ation could applie to all the L1-L5augment.
