Objective: The imbalance of autonomic nervous system in heart failure show thesympathetic nervous over-excitement and vagus nerve over-decline, and this imbalance wasclosely related to arrhythmia, ventricular remodeling and sudden death. This experimentimproved the imbalance by stimulating the vagus nerve, in the same time, recorded andanalyzed these changes of the90%Monophasic Action Potential Duration and theTransmural dispersion of repolarization in three myocardial layers, that Derived fromMonophasic action potential, and detected the distribution changes of gap junctionconnexin43by immunofluorescence. Investigate the mechanisms of the effect of vagusnerve stimulation to ventricular arrhythmias in heart failure.Materials and methods:: Selected Japanese white rabbits of37, divided randomly intoheart failure stimulation group (9), and heart failure control group (8), and normalstimulation group (10), and normal control group (10). Established heart failure model inthe use of adriamycin, and operated experimental in line w单相ith the conditions, andseparated the vagus nerve, and fixed composite electrode, and recorded the MAP beforeand after nerve stimulation in three layers myocardium, and Calculated the MAPD90andTDR before and after nerve stimulation, and had HE staining and fluorescence analysis, and respectively observed pathological differences in modeling it or not and CX43fluorescence distribution changes before and after vagus nerve stimulation. Results: The relevant indicators in CHF group after modeling were significant differenceswith the normal group (p<0.05), and the MAP morphology and TDR in CHF group weresignificant differences with the normal group before and after vagus nerve stimulation(p<0.05),and the CX43fluorescence distribution changes before and after vagus nervestimulation were obvious in CHF group. Conclusions: The operability of manufacturing rabbit heart failure model in the use ofadriamycin was strong, and the evaluation objective were easy to grasp. vagus nervestimulation affected the MAPD90,and TDR, and CX43distribution, which was confirmedwith antiarrhythmic declining mechanism in heart failure, as well as which also Provided anew idea in the treatment of heart failure.
