ObjectivesThe goal of this research is to use a clinical pathway method, to explore the path of drugformulation and implementation methods of management, and carry out the relevantevaluating; finally we promote the use of medicine in clinical pathway of standardmanagement, and promote the rational drug use.Material sources and methodsLiterature sources: the main analysis data was collected domestic and the related literaturestudy, from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology library, Chinese CNKIData, Chongqing VIP, Wangfang Data resources system, Chinese journal website, usingretrieval strategy "clinical pathway"+"evaluation", combined with the research content, inclinical evaluation of the path set in116article, then103articles for evaluation analysis.The scene investigation: In Hubei Province, all hospitalized patients with appendicitis, therandom100cases from2010to2011years, with a medicine material mainly includingclinical pathway drug evaluation index of material, to carry out medication evaluation.Materials were processed with the SPSS12.5having descriptive statistics analysis.ResultsThis paper focus on domestic clinical path application and evaluation based on literature ofsystem analysis, then make the drug design theory and practice method of study. We findthat the formulation and implementation of clinical pathway and effect evaluation has beenestablished a set of standards. It includes corresponding concept, principle, process, and the evaluation system including evaluation index system. But in the evaluation index system,there is little drug reasonable use index, and evaluation process is a lack of their specificprovision, also the rationality of the evaluation of drugs is relatively lack, which wasagainst a clinical pathway to improve medical quality especially the target of the drugsafety.Secondly, the design of clinical medicine path practice and output was summarized toprovide clinical medication for reference. The results of the study show that: at presentscholars had operated the clinical application of path, and did some exploratory research,mainly including clinical medication path of the principles, methods, regimen and drugcompliance and so on. Most of the researches are still in the stage of exploration, and theyhave not form a system of the theory and method of system. At present, the use of clinicalpath has become the future hospital pharmacy management as promoting rational drug useplatform. The physicians, pharmacists, junior&senior between patients and has beenclosely cooperation, and therefore, as a kind of has a good application prospectmanagement mode, clinical medicine diagnosis and treatment in standard behavior and thepath of ascension medical service quality will play a bigger role.Thirdly, rational drug use evaluation index of China’s clinical pathway in the relatedliteratures mainly focus on the drug costs of the patients and antimicrobial use indexes. Thepatients with the use of hormone injections in hospital, were lack of analysis and evaluation,in view of the drug use accuracy, timeliness, and integrity evaluation index less, also suchas drug clinical indications, drug selection. This study is in the reference to the internationalevaluation index, based on the practical situation. It is also in combination with clinicalmedicine path of index system of evaluation measure mainly included hospitalizationsecond all species, the length of time all use drug expenses, the length of time all westernmedicine expenses, traditional Chinese medicine hospital second all expenses, hospitalizedpatients with antibiotic use second all kinds, be in hospital patients, hospitalized patientsdays antibiotic use hormone use second all kinds, be in hospital patients days of hospitalized patients with hormone use, days of use injection. And DangYang County is asthe resources of empirical analysis.Finally, the clinical application of good implementation strategies path are summarized,including the use of specific path perfect, giving full role of clinical pharmacists, workingout the clinical pathway regimen. Clinical pathway for treating patients should be noticed toconsider compliance and practical strategy. Proposes of strengthening clinically, the designand evaluation of the path advice mainly include clearing clinical pathway drug evaluationindex principles, establishing a scientific evaluation index system, establishing DUEworking pattern, scientific monitoring and assessment on the medication. Theimplementation of clinical pathway monitoring, training, plan (MTP) would guaranteeevaluation path of clinical drug.Conclusion:the establishment of clinical medicine path and safeguarding measures, can make clinicalmedication constantly behavior of the standard, and promote the rational use of medicinesin China. This research is combined with the Chinese clinical drug evaluation actual,reference with WHO index system of the rational drug use. Based on China’s monitoringand assessment on the foundation, the drug evaluation index systems of the clinical n pathwere designed.
