The Investigation Of Mental Health Status And Analysis On Related Factors For Patients With Disabled Of Limb In Rehabilitation Center Of Harbin

Objective:Discussion on limb disability and mental health and its related factors.Method:Using a convenience sampling method, the extraction of Harbin of arehabilitation center to meet the requirements of the400limbs disabled patientscompared with the norm research. The use of domestic general psychometric tools《symptom checklist》 and influencing factors of psychological health of theself-made questionnaire of mental health status and risk factor questionnaire. Toinvestigate the personnel at the scene guiding, object of study was conducted aquestionnaire survey. Using the statistical package for Social Science (SAS9.0) inthe computer database, complete database and statistical analysis of data, usingdescriptive statistics, t test, analysis of variance was used for data analysis.Result:Physically disabled patients compared with normal model, SCL-90nine factorsand the total mean score differences were statistically significant, p<0.05,includingsomatization disorder, phobia, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, depression, anxiety,hostility, paranoia and total are allocated points were significantly higher than thenorm, the interpersonal relationship scored low in the constant modulus; effect ondisability in patients with mental risk factors for health survey: different self-careability, chronic disease SCL-90nine factor and total mean score differences werestatistically significant, P <0.05; different rehabilitation and treatment effect inaddition to hostile foreign each factor and total are allocated points with significantdifferences, P <0.05; in addition the disability grade, age, gender, disability time,family role, family economic status and other factors have different degree ofinfluence mental health of patients with limb disability. Conclusion:1. Physically disabled patients and normal comparison, somatization disorder,phobia, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, depression, anxiety, hostility, paranoia,psychotic and total are allocated points are higher than the norm, psychologicalsymptoms worsened, the visible body of disability in patients with mental healthlevel in normal people.2.Physically disabled patients in normal people are moresusceptible to somatization, obsessive symptoms, horror, depression, anxiety,hostility, paranoia, psychiatric, psychological problems.3.
