Research On The Management System Of Clinical Path

Clinical Pathway played an important role in the dilemma of control health carecosts and improved the quality in the western developed countries. From2009, theNational Health Ministry(NHM) had implemented CP pilot job, the pilot diseases andscope expanded unceasingly. Many medical institutions worked as an opportunity,actively carry out pilot job, and had achieved good results. But in the process, a lot ofquestions Appeared. For example, Pilot clinical pathway lack supporting systems,payment system by disease category, variation management and poor informationmanagement system. Through the implementation of domestic and foreign clinicalpathway，we should strengthen the study of the clinical pathway management system.The author takes the institutional change theory as a guide, analyzed the elements of theclinical pathway management system and the defects of the clinical pathwaymanagement system, advocated to strengthen the management system construction andchange the current management system missing.On the whole, the paper can be divided into five parts, the introduction of the firstpart of the paper, which includes the research background and current situation of thesignificance of the difficulty of design and research and innovation; the second part ofthe paper defines the basic concepts and elaborated the theoretical tools; the third partanalyzes the inner link of the Institutional theory and clinical pathway managementsystem and the problems of the clinical pathway management system; the fourth part ofthe configuration of measures to improve the clinical pathway management system.
