Objective:By observing the electric on sacral neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury in the spinal cord in rat models of nerve growth factor (NGF plays), protein tyrosine kinase receptor A (TrkA) and the effect of bladder tissue morphology, explore electric to sacral on part of the treatment of neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury mechanism, and provide some theoretical basis for clinical treatment of this disease.Method:According to random number table method to extract the10SD rats as blank group, the rest are30rats with modified Allen on the legal system for the sacral spinal cord injury model, building model with random number table14days after surgery and then divided into sacral spinal cord injury model group, acupuncture group, acupuncture group control point,10in each group. Except the blank group and model group, the rest of the electric acupuncture treatment, treatment after7days of the morphological change was observed, take the urinary bladder damage section following spinal cord tissue with western blot method (weston blot) detection model NGF and TrkA content changes.Results:1.By means of detecting bladder capacity and HE staining to observe on the sacral neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury model of rat bladder tissue morphology change, prove the sacralneu rogenic bladder after spinal cord injury on copy the successful mod el rats, and cupping treatment is beneficial to alleviate bladder detru sor contraction without inhibitory and damage in the form of organization (such as hemorrhage, fibrosis and inflammatory lesions, etc.);2.Using western blot method to detect the expression of TrkA mod el NGF and its receptors in spinal cord of rats, the results showed:(1) model group significantly lower than the blank group, model N GF and its receptor TrkA values and there are statistically significa nt differences (P<0.01); Model NGF value (2) the model group was obviously lower control point acupuncture group and acupunctu-re group, with statistically significant difference (P<0.01), and Tr kA value model group was obviously lower than acupuncture group and control point acupuncture group, and acupuncture group have st atistically significant difference between them (P<0.01), and the c ontrol point group have statistical difference (P<0.05); Model NG F and its receptor TrkA (3) acupuncture group was obviously highe r than that of control point acupuncture group, with statistically sig nificant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Electric acupuncture treatment can effectively reduce t he sacral neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury model of rat b ladder detrusor contraction without inhibitory, detrusor hyperactivity,l ighten the model rats bladder detrusor tissue damage form.2.Cupping treatment can promote the model of rat spinal cord in th-e expression of model NGF and its receptor TrkA, thus make the spinal cord after injury get certain repair function, suppressing the b ladder detrusor hyperactivity, restore bladder function aim of the a-ctivity.3.Acupuncture treatment effect is obviously better than acupuncture control point group, suggests that acupuncture point compared with the non meridian has relative specificity and electroacupuncture "liao","in" and "three vaginal intercourse" three point group than the control point of acupuncture point can better promote TrkA model NGF and its receptors in spinal cord injury in rats.
