Study Immune Regulation Of BuFeiYiHao Recipe On The Patients With Stable Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective:research clinical efficacy of BuFeiYiHao recipe for the treatment of sta ble chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with lung Qi deficiency syndrome, and initia lly explored the mechanism of immune regulation.Methods:There were60cases of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in patients with lung Qi deficiency syndrome met the inclusion criteria were randomly di vided into plus and Western medicine with traditional Chinese medicine group (30cas es) and the control group(30cases), two groups of1:1. On the basis of the treatment with the tiotropium bromide powder inhalation, BuFeiYiHao recipe was taken for trad itional Chinese medicine group; the control groups were thiophene tiotropium powder f or inhalation. Treatment of each the clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed in one courses of four weeks, scores of St George’s respiratory questionnaire,Lung fu nction, T help cell17and regulatory T cells of Peripheral blood.Results:1. BuFeiYiHao recipe for the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pul monary disease with lung Qi deficiency syndrome, were significantly better than the c ontrol group, to reduce symptoms, improve mobility and reduce the St. George’s score value than the control group (P<0.01). Improve patients’quality of life,slow down th e disease progression of COPD.2. There was no significant difference in lung functio n between the two groups before and after treatment.3. Compared with the control gr oup, T cells of Peripheral blood cell could be improved significantly, and reduce T he lp cell17(P<0.01).Conclusion:BuFeiYiHao recipe for the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pul monary disease with lung Qi deficiency syndrome could significantly improve the pati ent’s clinical symptoms and quality of life, improve the autoimmune regulator to delay the process of COPD.
