Objective:To clinical uplink continued don’t stay in bed for peritoneal dialysis (protein energy malnutrition, CAPD) uremic patients, gathering the general information, clinical symptoms and dialysis related indicators, malnutrition, inflammation score (malnutrition inflammation complex score, MIS), and to determine syndrome types of TCM syndrome differentiation, using statistical methods, the effects of peritoneal dialysis, MIS and the correlation of syndrome types of TCM, to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine clinical prevention and treatment of malnutrition, inflammation complex syndrome (malnutrition inflammation complex syndrome, MICS) to provide some basis.Method:Collected data of168cases of fuzhou general hospital of nanjing military region complete kidney internal medicine outpatient and hospitalization in CAPD patients, using TCM scale syndromes and collection of TCM syndrome types in patients with MIS scale, score, the nutritional status of the above indicators for correlation analysis.Result:Collected168cases of patients with the certificate of traditional Chinese medicine distribution, spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome in68cases (40.5%),12cases (7.1%), liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome of spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome48cases (28.6%),18cases (10.7%), qi and Yin deficiency syndrome, Yin deficiency syndrome,22cases (13.1%). The spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome, spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome, most epidemiological investigation of TCM syndrome types in chronic renal failure.168CAPD patients and the distribution of traditional Chinese medicine:91cases of blood stasis syndrome (54.2%) in the wet muddy syndrome53cases (31.3%),24cases of damp heat syndrome (14.5%), no toxic heat syndrome and pneumatic. Between multiple sets of variance analysis showed that:1. MIS score comparison between different syndrome types have significant differences (P<0.05); LSD-T test between groups, both Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome compared with the spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome MIS score had significant difference (P<0.05), dampness turbidity and blood stasis MIS score compared with significant difference (P<0.05).2. The specific numerical comparison of CRP between different syndrome types have significant differences (P<0.05); LSD-T test between groups, both Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome and spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome of CRP concrete numerical comparison with significant difference (P<0.05), the wet muddy syndrome, humid heat and blood stasis specific numerical comparison of CRP had significant difference (P<0.05).3. Through the single factor analysis of variance, the propagated this certificate, and certificate in the blood, BUN, Scr, PAB, agency is of no significant difference (P>0.05). In comparison blood Hb, KT/V, total there are differences between the mean, mean two two compared and checked by q, spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome and qi and Yin deficiency syndrome patients blood Hb level have significant difference (P<0.05), spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome and Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome in patients with KT/V have significant difference (P<0.05), dampness turbidity and blood stasis of blood Hb, KT/V, there were significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:Degree of CAPD patients with malnutrition, inflammation state weight and TCM syndrome types have significant correlation, can provide the basis for clinical interventions to improve nutrition status of Chinese medicine.
