Objective:Explore the critical thinking model of care to the quality of life of patients withhemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome. Critical thinking nursing patients withhemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome patients in different periods, the patient’scondition and needs, providing personalized care and guidance.Method:Select the First Hospital of Jilin University, infection inpatient treatment of nephroticsyndrome,90cases of hemorrhagic fever patients as research subjects. Enrolled subjectswere randomly divided into control and experimental groups of45patients, fill in thegeneral condition of the questionnaire12hours after admission, anxiety rating scale, social support scale and Health Survey Short Form SF-36. Patients with generalquestionnaire to collect general information about the basic situation of the patient; Theuse of self-designed questionnaire to collect the general information of the object of studyand level of knowledge of the disease, anxiety self-rating scale (SAS), the SocialSupport Rating Scale and Health Survey Short Form SF-36evaluation tools.Experimental group by the members of the research team and researchers use criticalthinking model of care in nursing, moderate to severe patients are inspected once every30minutes,0bservation of the patient ’s condition changes, including the patient ’s diet, sleep, psychological and emotional conditions, patients with mild inspected once every1h.Patients of the control group only received conventional disease care. The two groupsbefore discharge members to fill out the scale again. Will be collected the information tothe by and experimental data entry database, SPSS17.0software for statistical processingand analysis, General descriptive analysis, statistical analysis of count data using theχ2test, t-test was used to compare the measurement data. Result:1.After being intervened by the critical thinking nursing model, the difference betweenthe cognition of patients of the two groups has statistical significance(P<0.05).2.After being intervened by critical thinking, the anxiety levels of the patients inexperimental group decreased remarkably, and the difference between the experimentalgroup and the control group has statistical significance(P<0.05).3.After being intervened by critical thinking, the social support level and living qualityof the experimental group increased remarkably, and the difference between theexperimental group and the control group has statistical significance(P<0.05). Everyaspects of the life of the experimental patients are remarkably higher than that of thecontrol group.Conclusions:1.Critical thinking model of care can significantly improve the experimental grouppatients of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome disease awareness. Patients to learnmore about the incidence of the disease, clinical manifestations, complications, treatmentand other related knowledge, thereby reducing the sense of fear of disease, improve theconfidence to overcome the disease.2.Critical thinking model of care can significantly improve the quality of life withrenal syndrome patients with hemorrhagic fever.3.Critical thinking model of care significantly reduced the anxiety of the experimentalgroup patients, improve the level of social support, thereby improving the quality of life ofpatients.
