[Objective] By reviewing the treatment of patients with clinical casestudies in our department, to investigate the effects of endoscopicsinus surgery clinics of the orbital apex rhinologic syndrome.[Methods] Select2008and2012had received treatment in ourhospital, nine cases of clinical cases of orbital apex syndromeassociated with concurrent endoscopic sinus surgery clinics sinuslesions. Analysis of its clinical manifestations, treatment processand the effect of postoperative recovery and prognosis, diagnosisand treatment of orbital apex syndrome rhinologic, with an aim toraise awareness of the disease, in order to help prevent and reducethe incidence of this disease from the clinical point of view.[Results] Six cases for sinus infections diseases, including twocases of sinus fungal infection, four cases of acute sinusitis diseaselesions,2cases of mucoceles, cases of medical source lineinfection.6cases were cured,2cases,1case is still in thefollow-up.[Conclusion]Orbital apex syndrome clinical rhinologic rare, and the disease occult, multi-ocular symptoms and treatment, the primarylesion is difficult to detect, prone to misdiagnosis and misseddiagnosis. The disease mostly caused by sinus infections diseases.The early diagnosis of the cause is essential, should attract theattention of an ophthalmologist. Sinus infections diseases andorbital apex syndrome caused by space-occupying lesions early byendoscopic sinus open surgery. Systemic application of sufficientquantities of antibiotics and glucocorticoid effects.
