| Objective: to study clinical characteristics of cerebral arteriovenousmalformation with the onset of primary ventricular hemorrhage, the factors ofthe operation efficacy and related complications. Methods: to collect16cases of cerebral arteriovenous malformationpatients clinical data related in the department of neurosurgery of the firsthospital of jilin university from January2009to January2013, who wereadmitted with primary onset of intraventricular hemorrhage and clearlydiagnosed by cerebral angiography and treated by endovascular embolization inour department. Analysising the impact of Spetzler&Matin level, number ofAVM blood arteries, position of AVM and mergering aneurysm to effect ofendovascular embolization. Results: In16patients were treated by endovascular embolization withOnyx Under the general anesthesia,5cases were completely embolised,11patients were partial embolised, the average degree of embolization was73.7%,but1case during withdrawal from the catheter glue tube,1case postoperativebleeding. Conclusion: The position of cerebral arteriovenous malformation with theonset of primary ventricular hemorrhage is generally deeper, microscopicsurgery is difficult, the endovascular embolization, three-dimensionalradiotherapy or combination therapy is generally recommended.Single blood supply artery of AVM embolization rate is significantly better than the dogan blood of AVM. Small AVM treatment effect issignificantly better than medium or large AVM. Spetzler&Matin is the higherthe grading, AVM embolization rate is lower. For aneurysm deformity nest to merge, should be priority.Cerebral arteriovenous malformation of intravascular embolizationtreatment need not importune one-time complete embolization on imaging. Ifdeformity group is larger, can use embolism in stages. |
