The Evaluation On Clinical Curative Effects Of "Elective Therapy" In Treating253CPID Attributed To Damp-hotstagnation

Objective:Through the investigation of clinical time in using drugs on patients with chronic pelvic inflammation attributed to the syndrome of damp-hot stasis in TCM that was treated by "elective therapy", our study aims at evaluating clinical curative effects and application values of "Elective Therapy", laying the foundation for further exploring Chinese medicine progress and evaluating clinical curative effect,coupled with promoting application, with which we will strive for new therapy clinically in treating the chronic pelvic inflammation.Methods:Patients who were diagnosed the chronic pelvic inflammation, belonging to he syndrome of damp-hot stasis in TCM, were divided into2groups randomly:the treatment group treated by "elective therapy "and control group by the conventional therapy, both of which were druggedwith same medicine that are Man Pen Decoctionand Qian Jin Pills. The treatment group drugged about7days before the menstruation and during the whole menstrual period, experienced about14days for one period of treatment;The control group cured by conventional medicine, lasted28days for a period of treatment; Both groups were treated on two courses. Patients would further visit the doctor after one or two months,of which the recovery patients should be visited after ending treatment.All information would be recorded by Epidata Software and then the database be established which was analysed with SPSS13.0statistical software and compared the observation of intra-2groups and comparison between before and after taking herbs. Measurement data, mean±standard deviation (plus or minus SD) showed that correspondence for normal material, thenadopted T test; abnormal material, adoptedthe parameters (Mann-Whitney U) inspection; Count material used chi-square test, grade materialadopted the parameters (Mann-Whitney U) test analysis, the correlation analysis using Logistic regression analysis. Inspection standard was settedas:a=0.05, beta=0.2. Results:Clinic patients with a total of271outpatient cases were collected from five research centers:affiliated hospital in chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital, Pi county hospital of TCM, the red card floor community service centers, chongzhou, ZiYang hospital of TCM and child care centers frommarch,2011to January,2012, in which losing14cases, taking off4cases, dealing with253cases.2.Under the equal curative effects, in comparison with whole using drugs,"Elective therapy" can short the duration of treatment on chronic pelvic inflammation attributed to syndrome of damp-hot stasis. Two groups, after comprehensive treatment, the treatment group show the rate was45.7%, the total effective rate was98.3%, the control group show rate is43.75%, the total effective rate was97.5%, the difference between the groups was statistically significant (P>0.05).3. Total curative effect and syndrome curative effect, as well as signs curative effect in five center were not significant differences respectively (P>0.05) in statistics.4."Elective Therapy" can significantly improve patients with symptoms and signs. The treatment group show the effect of TCM syndrome rate43.35%, the total effective rate was97.69%, and the control group show the effect of traditional Chinese medical syndrome was37.5%, the effective rate was97.5%; The effect of the treatment group signs show rate54.3%, the total effective rate was97.1%:control the rate60%show signs curative effect, the total effective rate was96.25%, compared between the two groups are P>0.05P value, the difference was not statistically significant. To heal patients in9cases in treatment group and control group in4cases without recurrence.5."Elective Therapy" curative effect can be evaluated from age, duration, and degree of illness, menstrual period and the influence of the menstrual cycle. The Logistic correlation analysis, age, duration, and degree of illness, menstrual period and menstrual cycles are not in the regression equationrespectively (P>0.05).6. All patients drugged with medicineduring the study can not appear related adverse reactions, and it is safety for grade.Conclusion:1. As chronic pelvic inflammation attributed to hot-damp stasis was treated by medicinal herbs,"Elective Therapy "and whole drugged medicinehave the equal curative effect.2."Elective therapy", in treating the chronic pelvic inflammation, attributed to hot-damp stasis in TCM, from the age, duration, and degree of illness, menstrual period, and the influence of the menstrual cycle, general applicability, and good safety, is worth investigating in the clinical application.
