Study On Rural Health Care Service In Liaoning Province

Perfecting the construction of rural health care system, to promote the level ofrural health care is an important content for construction of new rural area in China. Itis significant for solving “Three Agricultural Issues” and building the Well-OffSociety in China to ensure peasant getting access to medicine, and improve thepeasant’s quality, which, is a inevitable choice to breaking dual economy andcoordinating rural-urban development. Since the reform and open policy, urbanizationhas developed in a high speed. However, most people in China still live in rural area.Therefore, it is the key point for construction of harmonious society to promote healthcare and improve the ability of medical service in rural area.Liaoning Province has got a high speed development recently, the income ofpeasant, the infrastructure in rural and construction of medical service has beendeveloped hugely.However, compared to rural in developed countries and relative developed inChina, efforts are still needed. Liaoning Province, as province major in agriculture, isrepresentative in all facets. By studying the problems in Liaoning Province, this paperanalyzed the status on the basis of Quantitative and Qualitative analysis.
