China has joined the WTO, the domestic medical market is gradually open to the world, but China’s existing medical institutions in the idea and organization are not yet ready, especially in the light of our country in recent years the medical services continued speculation, leading to about medical service marketing strategy research into competing by topic. Therefore, in this context, we should strain every nerve upgrade medical service ability, so as to achieve our overall national health level, for us is not only a medical problem, or a problem of management.As society of our country economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standard, people on the level of medical services put forward higher requirements, especially for some difficult intensive healing, which contributed to a large number of specialist hospital, our hospital, mostly by private clinics to grow or the involvement of private capital in public hospital restructuring and private hospital, at present, in our country, specialist private hospital service marketing is a new research field.In this paper, the source field of hand surgery (specialist private hospital) as the research object, according to the source field surgical hospital service marketing in the presence of the service marketing idea is backward, marketing organization is not perfect, the medical service is relatively homogeneous, the lack of publicity, service exhibition defects and service process is not perfect wait for a problem, in science study of scheme, application management and marketing, using theoretical analysis and system analysis method, the source field surgical hospital service marketing strategy for the specific research and development.
